I have worked with an Ear Specialist MD to reduce the plugging of my ears when flying, which we do every week or two. When I apply one drop in each ear before inserting Earplanes 1 hour before descent, my ears don't plug.
To open: twist and remove tab at the tip of vial, squeeze tightly to pour liquid into the ear, for comfort in administering, prior to opening vial, warm liquid by holding the vial tightly in hand for one minute, discard any unused portion.
Adults and children 6 years and over - pour contents of 1 vial directly into the affected ear up to 3 times daily
Infants and children under 6 years - pour half of the contents of 1 vial into the affected ear up to 3 times daily.
