I use it for deep muscle back pain. Way more effective and long lasting than icy hot and ben gay, and it lasts way longer than BioFreeze. You have to use sparingly, and wait a bit for the effects; if you put too much it will feel like it's burning-but I've never seen any long lasting problems. If you put a little bit on, and then cover the area to warm it up, it'll work great, and last for hours...whatever you do, do not try to wash it off with water..it'll just make it hotter! Today, the product has been toned down, and basically there is virtually no "HEET" to it at all. Some of the creams you find on the shelf are much better. When I use a product that says is provides heat to the area you apply it to, I EXPECT TO FEEL THE HEAT!!! Very disappointed as my experience with this product in the past was outstanding. Comments about Heet Pain Releiving Formula, 2.8 fl oz: I have fibromyalgia and this product helps relieve the stiffness that comes with it. When you first initially begin to use this product use a TINY amount, don't saturate your skin - otherwise you will get "HOT" and itchy. Don't take a hot bath/shower right after putting this product on, it will get very hot. I wait around two hours. If you initially put it on and it is too hot, wash the area off with cold soap and water to remove the extra on the skin. Pros

Comments about Heet Pain Releiving Formula, 2.8 fl oz: THE PRODUCT REALLY WORKS; BUT THE CONTAINER THAT IT COMES IN LEAKS. THE CAP ON THE BOTTLE IS REALLY BAD. I WROTE TO THE MANUFACTURER AND THEY WERE ALREADY AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID THAT IT WILL BE CORRECTED IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS. (I EVEN ORDERED A 2ND BOTTLE FROM DRUGSTORE.COM AND IT LEAKED ALSO.)
