The stitching on the neck and back warmer did not keep the filling in place. Most of the filling sank to the bottom. After a couple of uses, the stitching at the top came apart and the grain inside started to come out. A poorly designed and manufactured product. I have used another brand for years without any problem and with this I had problems from the beginning.

I am a massage therapist and bought these to use on clients. It warms up and stays warm well but the material they used on the outside is some sort of faux velour and leaves 'sweat spots'...which is undesirable..would be better if outer material was made of a canvas of sorts...so all in all - good for home use but not good for professional use...
Microwave for instant hot therapy/chill for instant cold therapy. Clean - Wipe with damp cloth. Do not submerge herb pac. Store - Keep Herbal Comfort Back Pac in dry cool place in a resealable plastic bag to increase longevity.
