This product is great. The micro-fiber shell makes it very comfortable and soft. I've head herbal wraps in the past that were quite scratchy. This is also the perfect size to fit around the neck. The only thing I was surpised by, and not unpleasantly, was that because of the micro fiber, when you heat it up it seems a litte moist, like a steam wrap. The smell is strong with the herbs, but I like it.

I get a lot of neck and shoulder pain and tension. This is a lifesaver! I microwave it to the desired heat and wear while watching TV or while falling asleep if I have a lot of pain. I use this often.

I get tension headaches that affect my shoulders also. This works really well to get my muscles to relax, I like that without even wetting it it feels like moist heat. The only "con" is that I wish it was a bit larger so that more of the top of my back could be covered with the heat.
