The Eye Pac should be used at room temperature or chilled and the Neck & Shoulder Wrap can be for hot or cold therapy.  Clean - Wipe with damp cloth.  Do not submerge herb pac.  Store - Keep in dry cool place in a resealable plastic bag to increase longevity.
