I'm writing this review after using it and the Hello Hydration Shampoo for the second time, and I can't stop touching my hair! I have dry, coarse hair , and I didn't have high expectations for this shampoo and conditioner, so I was shocked after using it.

Once I put in the conditioner I let it sit in my hair for about 2 minutes (while I washed my body) before rinsing it. Even soaking wet I could feel how soft my hair was.

Now my hair is manageable and has extra shine. It's very touchable and my ends are much softer than they were before. The one thing I have to say is that these products don't do much to combat frizz, but my hair is still hydrated. If your hair is only a bit frizzy, these might work to control it, but otherwise I'd recommend using a leave-in conditioner.

So definitely go out and give this a try if you have dry hair like me! I'm planning on using this for a LONG time.

I love the scent. Sometimes I use as a leave-in. Mixes well with most styling products.

My hair was a mess after several color removal procedures, it was FRIED! Trying to fix this disaster, i started deep conditioning with several "professional' products that contained proteins but none improved the condition of my hair. It was horrible, it felt like straw, the more i conditioned the worst it got. I spent lots of money on this products and none worked. It was sooo dry, i couldn't run my hands through it cause it was tangled as hell, and the color looked "muddy", no shine at all, not even after applying the famous Moroccan oil (btw, not worth the money in my opinion). I was so desperate! I read the great reviews of this product and decided to try it, but i wasn't very hopeful since i thought a [$] drugstore conditioner would not fix this mess. WOW, what a difference! It made my hair soft again, like before i killed it. Even revived my color!! it was shiny again. I know the damage is still there but it covered it up amazingly. I have only used it once but i know that i found the "one", and for [$], come on!I found that my hair is protein sensitive (that's why it was so dry) so i will stay away from it.

Love the smell! I'm African-American and have natural hair. It has the best slip and it makes detangling a breeze. Tried HE's Totally Twisted amongst other conditioners for co-washing and this is my FAVE!

Quite a good product, love the smell and it keep my hair moisturized. Use it before shampoo or sometimes I use it alone if I don't have enough time.I have bad hair and scalp problem, and it seem to reduce the problem a bit. First use I was irritated by it because I couldn't find way to open it, blame myself for not knowing the bottle design though :P.

Most conditioners always either dry out my hair completely or make it extremely greasy and leave build up behind. I was skeptical at first about herbal essences but this is now my favorite conditioner.

I usually use the salon brand shampoos & conditioners but lately my hair has been nothing but dry, dry, dry. so I tried this since my mom was using it and I was so surprised at how well it worked. usually it's hard to even put conditioner in my hair because it's so dry but this just went on so smoothly & I could run my fingers through my hair so easily and it felt not dry at all and the smell is fabulous! I thought it would make me sick because coconut scents usually do but it was just wonderful. plus it's so cheap. I would recommend this to anyone

I love this. I do have to use 2 applications but this definitely makes my hair soft, shiny and manageable. It has a nice scent that lingers even after my hair has dried. I really, really, like it.
