There is supposed to be a plastic seal on the bottled merchandise, or so I thought...... this shampoo is going to my loved one in jail. Without the seal they won' allow him to have it. Please whenever I purchase anything in a bottle seal it in plastic. The same thing happened when I ordered my Ambi foaming face cleanser, at first it was sealed; then it wasn't on the next shippment.

This shampoo/conditioner is very thich, which means you use less. Hair dries to a silky smoothness with lots of shine.

FOR CURLY HAIR THIS IS THE BEST SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER THE WHOLE LINE IS WONDERFUL, IT MOISTURIZES AND CONDITIONS EVEN THE SHAMPOO GIVES HAIR SMOOTHNESS.
I AM SO IMPRESSED NOW IF THEY CAN USE THIS LINE & ADD A COLOR TREATED SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER THAT WOULD BE GREAT!!! FOR THOSE THAT NEED MOISTURE THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO ACHIEVE IT ESPECIALLY IN WAVY & CURLY HAIR!!!!

Smells great, good for family, affordable. I like a heavier conditioning product for my overly thick, coarse, dry hair, but this was good enough, and worked for my boys too!

I don't like this product as much as the conditioner. However, it does lather really well and is a rich creamy shampoo. I noticed my hair is more moisturized but I still get tangles more than usual. Not sure why. All in all, with the conditioner it's a good combo.

I bought this with high expectations and was thrilled to see that Herbal Essences had come up with a new line dedicated to hydrating hair. My hair has always been on the dry side, due to it's thick and curly texture. I chose the Reconditioning Shampoo & Conditioner because it was for dry & damaged hair. When I started using it, I honestly didn't see any improvement. It has been about 2 1/2 months and I still don't see much change. The smell is delicious, but the shampoo itself wasn't moisturizing enough for my hair. Maybe it would be better for people with thinner or wavier hair.

Thank goodness I decided to search for a new shampoo that is paraben free. I have never had a shampoo that starts the conditioning process; I always feel the conditioning in the conditioner. Fragrances give me headaches, but the fragrance in this shampoo is slight and tolerable. If you need more conditioning than this product is a great start.
