This gel is great for bulking up my fine, limp hair. Some gels are just sticky and weigh down my shoulder-length hair, but this one is just right!

I just bought another tube. This works even better than my $18 dollar gels from the beauty supply store. I found that if I divide my hair into four or five sections, and thoroughly work the get into each section, then let all the sections out and let it dry naturally - it turns out perfect with no frizz. I am really impressed. Long hair, very thick, very curly, can be very frizzy. Try this stuff.

I have used this gel for years. It works no matter how much you use. I have curly to wavy, fine hair. I use it on my hair after my shower. It will dry crunchy on your hair, but, just pull it out with your fingers. I didn't give it 5 stars because I do wish the curl definition was better.

It's great as a quick perk up in between shampoos. It helps tame the frizz and keeps the curls soft and springy.
It can be a bit sticky if you use too much, so with this product...a little dab will do ya'.

I have ringlet curls and have been using Pantene curl gel for years which can be too stiff of a hold. I mix my gel with Aveda Be Curly cream which helps with the frizz control and keeps my curls together and lightweight. I now mix my Aveda with this gel and it is the perfect combination! Great smell and a nice lightweight product!

This gel worked okay for me... it made my waves stand out a little more and sometimes made my hair a little less frizzy. it made my hair dry and crunchy which i hate, but it did smell super good. i used this for a while untill i switched to panteene curly hair srunch gel which works a little better. if u dont mind crunchy hair then u might like this product but if your like me and hate it then your better off without it.

Gave this a try, but it does nothing for my hair. Used to have wavier hair. Perhaps being on Tamoxifen has changed my hormones too much. My natural wave or curl just does not seem to be coming back now that I'm off Tamoxifen. Don't know if it ever will.

I have a tube of Pantene Pro-V Curl Defining Scrunching Gel that works just a bit better than this Herbal Essences Totally Twisted Curl Scrunching Gel.

On a tight budge these days - always disappointed when my purchases end up not being something I really like. Oh well, live and learn.

I never write reviews but had to share what a GREAT product this is. I have curly, coarse hair thinning some due to menopause. This product makes my early curly in the loveliest way, w/o any stiffness. Easy to apply, curls last for days, even through riding on a scooter! Love this product!

I have thick hair that, without product, is generally full and slightly wavy. I love making it more curly, but many of the mousses and gels I've tried before are really sticky and make my hair "crunchy." This gel is awesome - I towel dry my shampooed and conditioned hair, run some of this gel through my hair, and just let it air dry. Saves a ton of time and looks really cute! (Plus it smells amazing.)
