The product smells delicious, and that's the biggest plus for me. I wish the conditioner was better. It didn't work at all on my hair. It made my hair very poufy and frizzy. I didn't feel like it had any conditioning qualities at all. It's a shame, because I do adore the way it leaves my hair so fragrant. If they could improve the formula, make it more moisturizing and detangling, then I'd be totally sold. My other complaint is that it's really thick and hard to dispense. You have to squeeze the bottle really hard for the stuff to come out. The funny thing is that despite being so thick, it doesn't soften the hair very much.
This might work better on someone who has normal/silky hair. But sadly, not for me :(

I was using bumble & bumble's Curl Conscious, but that serious got to be expensive. I decided to try this conditioner because of the reviews stating how moisturizing it is (I have VERY dry, coarse hair). This product IS fabulously moisturizing, but I was hoping it would help coax some curl into my waves. No such luck. So, if you're already happy with your curls, use this product. :)

I have tried other "curly" hair shampoos/conditioners and I keep coming back to this one, as it really does leave my hair in the best condition, the smell is pleasant wish it was all natural, but it does not contain parabens, so it's not that bad.

I really love this product haven't never had a conditioner that does wonders to my hair. I'm a African American with thin medium hair leaves my hair soft and curly without having to look for a style. I just wash and go.

This shampoo smells DELICIOUS, but didn't work well for me. I have thin curly waves. I found that the top of my waves still looked fuzzy, but the hair closer to my scalp felt heavy, maybe even a little sticky. It wasn't very comfortable. This conditioner isn't terrible, but I find the "Hello Hydration" one to be more effective.

The best detangling conditioner I've ever found. I don't use anything else. I have long, curly hair down to my waist that gets in crazy knots after one day. I can't brush through or comb my hair, so I use this conditioner to detangle in the shower. I highly recommend it.

I *don't* have super thick, curly hair. What I do have is kind of fine, limp hair that wants to flip out in weird, halfhearted directions. This conditioner turns my stubborn sort-of wave into very presentable curls. Who can argue with that?

I love love love love! herbal essence totally twisted products! i have very thick and very very curly long hair so its difficult to find a product that doesnt dry out my hair and leave it brittle.. but i've found it! YAY and im so glad taht they made this line of products! it makes my hair sooo soft and smells so good!! and i hate most products for curly hair they usually stink! an dit drives me crazy but the shampoo and conditioner makes ur hair smell like you just got out of the shower and also i use the curling mouse! the best hair styling product for curly hair! well at lest for mine and also my boyfriend who has curly thick hair as well so we both use it!

I've tried Garnier Sleek, Pantene Hydrating Curls, Herbal Essences None of Your Frizziness (left my hair fuzzy), TIGI Smoothing, ... I guess my problem was I never used products for curls. This smells so good. After using the totally twisted line when my hair is till wet, I put my hair in a towel turban. Once my hair is dry, I have the most perfect curls. If you have curly frizzy hair, get this, not None of Your Frizziness. Plus, it's cheap!
