I love this product. My hair is naturally wavy, but too frizzy to wear just naturally. I can add a little of this product to my hair while wet, and even if I let it air dry, it doesn't dry crunchy. It add just enough weight and texture to define my waves and make it look like I tried, even though using this and letting my hair air dry takes less time than anything else I do with my hair! It smells amazing, too. I don't like to wash my hair every day, so even with next-day waxy hair, I can add a little of this to my dry hair to define it and again, it does not dry crunchy. Love it!

I really like Herbal Essences, and the Tousle Me Softly conditioner and mousse are absolutely wonderful (I don't use the shampoo as I try to avoid sulfates as much as possible). This seemed like it would be just the ticket for my long, thick, 2b/c hair. Unfortunately I could tell that I wouldn't like it as soon as I scooped a bit out of the tub. It's VERY thick and gummy - almost a gluey texture - that feels awful as it dries. It did next to nothing to define my waves or decrease frizz and just felt terrible. It has the great smell of all Tousle Me Softly products, but this is a dud.
