I have been using this for several months on my 2.5 year old boy. I've taken it on airplanes to help calm him. I add a dropper or two into his diluted apple juice about once a day. We quit using it for about 2 months when we tried to get him off apple juice and we went away to the Oregon coast (4 hr drive from Seattle) and he was acting up the whole weekend-tantrums etc. We resumed the drops when we returned and he started to cooperate again, listening to our commands, etc. It doesn't get him to sleep though (we tried this on airplane rides) but helps him from being super cranky.

3 year old son had anxiety, ran/jumped everywhere, overly excited, aggressive flapped hands alot when frustrated. ( NOT due to lack of parenting!!)I give him his dose in the AM and after 30 min, he is a completely different and fun to be around kid! No groggy side affects. He is using whole sentences now and studying how things work without frustration, has conversations, less fighting with sibling/us. SUPER Product! Our doctor looked at it and said its a great idea to help him feel confident and get through this phase!

I started taking this because I was waking up in the middle of the night and couldn't fall back asleep. After only a few days I noticed a difference and I was really sleeping through the night. I also noticed that after a couple of weeks, I forgot two nights in a row and I woke up both nights. A couple of droppers full each evening just before bed and I feel alert and energized the next day. no groggy ambien feeling.

My 5 year old started kindergarten this year and was extremely scared and worried, could not concentrate or follow simple directions at school. I found this product and started giving it to her in the morning and before bed to help her relax. I shouldn't say it took care of all the issues we were dealing with, but it made her a bit calmer and less worried, helping her to deal with daily stress.

At first, I was leary. I kind of expected this product would put my daughter into a drowsy "stoned" state, but that's not the case at all! She is much more dramatic than my other two children were and has been very emotional since infancy. She throws tantrums and cries like neither of my other children and she often wakes crying in the night, even at 2 1/2 years old. I needed to find something to stop her suffering and save my sanity. This was absolutely the cure I was looking for. There was a decided improvement in her behavior from the first day. I used it for a week and wondered if the improvement was just a coincidence so I stopped for a week and her mood-swings returned. She does not seem drugged-up or droopy, just a happy toddler. She sleeps great now and I've noticed that she even seems to be able to focus better when she has taken Super Calm. If we don't give it to her, she has behavior problems at daycare and more potty-training accidents. Just one or two dropperfulls after dinner and she's good for the whole next day!
The only con is the taste. It's absolutely terrible and I don't know why my daughter agrees to take it, but I'm glad she does. We have some herbal immune-booster drops that I give her at the same time and those taste really good. I have to bribe her with the yummy drops to get her to take the nasty Super Calm drops.

I got this last month because I thought it might help me. Sometimes it is hard for me to get to sleep and then it's only 5 hours worth and I never really feel rested. So, I thought, why not try this. It's made for kids and it's herbal. It says I can use three dropperfuls at a shot. I didn't need to. I used one full dropper full, drank some water to rinse it off my throat, and within 1/2 hour, I felt wonderfully tired and fell sound asleep. Oh yeah! I'll be buying this again.

My 4 1/2 year old has never slept well. Now after using this, most nights she sleeps all night. On the off nights, she still only wakes once or twice. Now if only it would work for my son.
