      The bottle says to take 3 capsules daily,I took 1 capsule due to the cost. I didn't want it to run out so fast. The product smells great & lifted my mood just smelling it. Taking just 1 capsule a day I didn't notice any bad effects but the positive effect was very minimal. To get the full positive effect one should probably take 3 capsules a day.Good health 2 u! sunshinejlw
