    Two capsules are suggested; most frequently I take one. Comments on the bottle suggest it is good for energy. I think that is true from the standpoint that it de-stresses you, freeing up energy. Quite by accident, I learned it also serves to relax you for sleep, thus, most frequently it is in the evening, at bedtime when I take 2 capsules for a refreshing rest. (If I were to take 2 capsules in the day, it actually has the capability to put me to sleep where I stand!) Do *not* think your body will react in the same way, for we are all different! I highly recommend this product, and only wish they would stop decreasing the size of the bottle and its contents!

        I've been taking one of these at work (nearly) every morning for the last three months. I definitely have had great results! ...and I don't think it's a placebo effect, either, because I notice that when I forget to take a StressCare, I'm a little foggier and a little edgier. I am VERY sensitive to herbs like ginseng, and have noticed I cannot take this blend after noon or I am a little too "up" in the evening (I don't know if it has ginseng in it but it does have something "upper" like).

        HOWEVER, this is a much different feeling than straight ginseng or similar product that just makes you wired-- it's like being more "on" and energetic, but in a calm way (if you've seen the movie Limitless, it's like a low dose of that stuff, LOL, but without negative side effects). I'm quite addicted to caffeine (cup of coffee + 4-5 diet sodas a day), but I seem to have less caffeine jitters and less of a crash when I take a StressCare with it. If that's a placebo effect, it's very powerful!

        Like I said, I've been trying this for three months so I feel I have a pretty decent set of personal observations. Highly recommended to other people to at least try it, especially if you have a fast-paced high-stress job.
