I use it almost daily, especially since my husband is in the military and is overseas. This toy is good for achy muscles and looks like a nondescript item, which is great in case someone stumbles upon it in your room. The main attraction of this item (for me at least) is for its pleasure in bed. The only negative I can give this product would be that it's noisy.. but for the power and vibration it gives.. it's a trade off I'll gladly accept. I've tried many other vibrators in the past and they've either burned out or just didn't hit the right spot. I LOVE THE MAGIC WAND. If you're thinking about trying this..GET IT!! I won't repeat the "cons" already listed, but I will stress that although you WILL have org*sm after org*sm in one session, you have to wonder why. They are quick and they are strong, but often SO quick that they are premature, and while very pleasurable, leave you feeling a sense of frustration AFTER that you aren't quite "finished," and the cycle goes on. [...].After all the years this has been around, it is appalling that they don't even TRY to listen to reviews and make one smaller with more variations in speed. I actually prefer the high setting, but I can see why some might get too sensitive. Another thing that needs to be made smaller is the HEAD of this thing. I got the O in 90 seconds the very first time I used it. W-O-W. For sex play, I slip a sandwich baggie over it so there is no cleanup and I don't have to worry about germs, just toss the baggie. We have a whole drawer of toys, but this one is the one I always come back to. It's the best, most intense, instant "O" toy I've found.  Pros

It can be left in the open and would be identified as a body massager for tight muscles in the neck ,back, legs etc. It has a firm yet soft head which is adaptable to various body areas. The hum is much lower than my small, battery-operated vib that's very whiny. One thing I'd like to see is more variability in power. It'd be nice to have a lower speed so you can start slowly and build the excitement. I was amused to read that some reviewers say their male partners like it too. My husband is older and suffers from ED. He loves the stim on the Magic Wand and regularly reaches climax without Viagra. So buy 2!! Pros

I was a non-believer that the gspot existed but woohoo it does. I highly recommend this with the gspotter attachment. IT WORKS...that's all I can say! Who cares about how noisy it is if it allows me to achieve my gspot O?!!! 1 month is how long I've had it...your search stops here! Pros

My initial intent was to use this as a massager, but after reading reviews I used it for personal pleasure. Well, this thing works like a charm.
