These were well made but not as practical as I had thought when I read the description. Realistically you may be able to manage and thinner book on there but certainly no ipad or thicker book - which is why I had purchased multiples of them and they all went back. The idea is a good one!

I saw this in a magazine and thought it would be perfect for my ipad usage. I received it and liked it better than expected. I ordered two more for friends and when they liked it so much, I ordered 6 to put away for Christmas gifts. I especially liked it when I gave one to my sick brother. He takes it to chemo or just leaves on his lap when he wants to read or use his ipad. I put my remote control in one of the pockets and my glasses in the other. I use it daily. Very clever idea.

What a wonderful little thing!
Besides the 3 positions listed for this peeramid, when you are sitting at a 'fetal position', flip it over, have the pyramid pointing downward, and the flat bottom now on top can hold books at perfect reading position too:). Easily can use laptop on the inverted triangle as well!

I have used my peeramid every night when working on iPad or iPhone. I can stay almost totally reclined with peeramid on my chest and work just great!!! Also good for larger print books. Haven't made use of the pockets yet.... but just give me some time!

This is a nicely designed product, but too small and lightweight to support most books. It is useless for anything other than a Kindle or very small book. They also should have added a device to hold the book open so you could read hands-free. I ended up returning it and buying the Book Seat Book Holder,[@]

My Peeramid is a conversation piece. My family thought I lost my mind when I bought it! But, It works great...No more cramps in my hand from holding the book up. And, if I fall asleep, I don't jerk myself awake. I Like it...I use mine every night to read comfortably.

I have regained my love of reading and found my neck ached somewhat. I remembered having seen this invention somewhere and went searching on the Internet. So glad Drugstore.com had it and at a bargain price too! What a find this is -- it works perfectly anywhere one wants to read, sitting, lounging in a lounger, at a table (low or high). It holds my book perfectly -- transaction with Drugstore.com as ALWAYS was perfect, quick, complete, etc.
