I originally bought Holista MultiPure for Women for my daughter who wanted a grown up vitamin. Mine was too hard for her to swallow. Holista for woman is not hard for me to swallow but it was for my pre-teen. So, I started to take it. What a difference!
I felt less fatigue post a hard work out. Now, I take it regularly with chorella and feel more energy to address life demands. I take my supplements seriously. In my case, this product does what it says. The complete spectrum of vitamin, mineral & digestive enzyme support works.
