Much smaller than most fish oil pills and easy to swallow. No fishy aftertaste, orange aftertaste instead, which I don't love, but it's not bad.

I've had a hard time finding an omega supplement for my daughter that has the correct ratio. There should always be twice as much EPA as DHA according to all the studies I've read and her pediatrician. Holista has this correct ratio. My daughter is nine and has no issues swallowing these small capsules. Unlike other fish oils, there have been no 'burps' or odd after-tastes.

My son screamed in horror when I gave him this vitamin. First of all, it squirts in your mouth and the gel-like covering does not "chew". Secondly, the liquid inside tastes HORRIBLE. My son said it smelled orange, but did not taste like it at all. I have resorted to soaking the capsules in water until their break down then adding a little juice and having my son drink it. I will not buy these again. I will get ones that are actually chewable and go back to the Hero brand omega 3-6-9 gummy bears. Don't get this if your child can only do chewables.

My son takes these on his own & doesn't complain of any after taste, like other childrens Omega pills.

I bought this for my 11 yr old daughter. I thought it would be hard to swallow for my 8 yr old, but he takes them too and there is no complaints. I had bought the Critter gummy bears for my son, but he would not eat them b/c of the fishy taste. The softgels are very small and easy to swallow.

These have significantly more DHA than any of the gummies on the market, and though my son could just swallow them, he likes the flavor and popping them in his mouth. Plus, they're a lot less expensive than anything I can find locally in stores.
