I gave up coffee and I drag in the morning. I've never been a morning person, no matter how much sleep I get and I always drag when I wake up. I started taking these when I wake up and it's better than a cup of coffee. Wakes me up and gets me going! Easy to take, dissolves fast and the taste is ok (not awful, which is all I ask for).
I have to take 2000mcg/day of B12. My doctor said I needed the methyl type of B12 which is very hard to find. These pills are easy to swallow and a fairly high dosage, so they work perfectly for me because I have so many other pills to take for my other deficiencies!
