So comfortable you forget you have them on, have even gotten undressed and forgot they were on and got right in the shower or into bed ! They do last a while, but after a time they lose that stickyness, but I'll still use them and they seem to stay in place ok within your bra. Just wish they weren't as expensive as they are. These work GREAT! They are very comfortable to wear and easy to apply. For me they work best if I apply (push) the center directly into the nipple and let the rest of it attach on it's own. I bought several different brands to try, these are by far the best value (and identical to a famous, costlier brand).
