I used this exactly as directed for two days nothing but the juice and water with no effect. In all honesty I was hungry. I guess anyone would be when you do not consume any food for the two days. Perhaps it works for some but, did not have an effect on me. I exercise 4-5 days a week and follow a healthy diet. I am an x-smoker and am trying to shed lbs. from quitting 2 years ago.

It is very hard to loose wt with my health. 65 yrs old diabetic, with Rheumatoid Arthritis, asthma, but this product did not interfere with my medications at all and gave me a very good feeling 48 hrs later....detoxified. It does really work. I used this as a jumpstart for weight loss before band camp. I know, it's lame, but I worked out 6 hours a day outside in Alabama. It was seriously intense cardio. I would definitely recommend this as a cleanse, especially if you're about to enroll in a gym class or start an intense workout. It basically gets rid of all water weight, and you lose a couple of pounds after the fact.

This diet really does work! IIt's my go to diet when ever I need to lose a few pounds fast. I've been using it for 9 years now. When I was younger I would lose around 10 pounds in the 2 days. Now it's around 5 pounds. Just watch yourself once you are off the detox because it is VERY easy to put the weight back on. I'm using it as a jump start before I go on Nutrisystem

I'm a weightlifter and easily put on weight in areas I don't want. The Hollywood Diet is a great way to drop a few pounds in a relatively short period of time. It is in no way a permanent fix to a healthy diet, but when used in conjunction with a healthy diet this stuff works. I lost 4 pounds earlier this week when I used it, and I have used this product before.

I bought 2 bottles for my husband and I to do it over weekend together. Did absolutely nothing for either of us. We both followed it to a T. It actually gave both of us terrible constipation. At the end we finally gave up since we had no results and were starving. I would not reccommend it, especially at this price. The other reviewers I think are crazy, it may be mental that they think they have results. I went in positive so I should've had something happen. I would've thought even with starving myself for that long would give me results. I think that's where most people get the result. They are starving themselves. I've known many people who have tried it since I did, and not one person had any results. they all tried it thinking, maybe they'd have different results and they didn'. But it did cause horrible constipation in all of them just like me.

I use this to get me back in step with my workout/weight management lifestyle..after weeks of partying/lounging. And maybe 3/4 times a year, I will use after my menstrual cycle, I sometimes get extremely bloated. I'm realistic about the use of this product...I would never use to make me supermodel skinny. So I usually don't recommend this to people, because most will misuse this product. The taste is really good!!! But I will recommend here...up to you how you use it..
I don't have any cons/dislikes..again..I'm realistic about this..

I use the product during the week so the weekends are free when you usually mix with other people more. Since I am on quite a few medications....this one was the safest one yet! You just don't get hungry or miss eating food for 48 hrs. I lost 5lbs..... since I have gotten older, but I used to loose the full 10 lbs. Easy, affordable and tastes great.

I bought this product to jump start my diet, or shall I say my healthy eating. To my surprise the juice tasted pretty good. I followed the directions and at the end of day two I had lost 5 lbs. That's great! I wish it would have been 10, but I was glad for the 5. I have decided to exercise more and stick to a good eating plan. I plan on purchasing this drink at least once a month, until I reach my goal. Great product!

I'm sure results vary from person to person and I really didn't believe the label when it said you could lose 10 pounds in 2 days... But I really lost 5 pounds the first day and 5 pounds the second day! It worked for me. This is similar to another product that I used for detoxing, but this is less expensive. As long as you use this in conjunction with a lifestyle change towards more healthy choices, you will keep it off.
