In just 2 days I lost 8 lbs and I was very happy.Of course you can gain it all back if you are not maintaining. Now just like lot of other things in life, this wonderful morale booster is not for everyone. I work out regularly and I am so happy to have found Hollywood Miracle Diet. I will certainly use it again ang again. Taste is incredible and it does take your mind of food for the time being. I already ordered my 4th bottle! Pros

In all honesty I was hungry. I guess anyone would be when you do not consume any food for the two days. Perhaps it works for some but, did not have an effect on me. I exercise 4-5 days a week and follow a healthy diet. I am an x-smoker and am trying to shed lbs. from quitting 2 years ago. Pros

I know, it's lame, but I worked out 6 hours a day outside in Alabama. It was seriously intense cardio. I would definitely recommend this as a cleanse, especially if you're about to enroll in a gym class or start an intense workout. It basically gets rid of all water weight, and you lose a couple of pounds after the fact. Pros

I've been using it for 9 years now. When I was younger I would lose around 10 pounds in the 2 days. Now it's around 5 pounds. The Hollywood Diet is a great way to drop a few pounds in a relatively short period of time. It is in no way a permanent fix to a healthy diet, but when used in conjunction with a healthy diet this stuff works. I lost 4 pounds earlier this week when I used it, and I have used this product before. Did absolutely nothing for either of us. We both followed it to a T. It actually gave both of us terrible constipation. At the end we finally gave up since we had no results and were starving. I would not reccommend it, especially at this price. The other reviewers I think are crazy, it may be mental that they think they have results. I went in positive so I should've had something happen. I would've thought even with starving myself for that long would give me results. I think that's where most people get the result. They are starving themselves. I've known many people who have tried it since I did, and not one person had any results. they all tried it thinking, maybe they'd have different results and they didn'. But it did cause horrible constipation in all of them just like me. |
