This was a gift i'll never want again..poorly designed for the neck..makes me feel like my neck is being pushed forward..feels too firm or hard on back of neck..this massager, even if not turned on, causes major pain in back of the neck, because of the way it was designed..very unhappy about this.

Unless you have a giraffe neck or are built to fit this neck massager, don't buy it! After 2 uses, my neck was in severe spasms for two days! This is not designed for humans. It massages the top of your shoulder blades and does not relieve pain.

I would send it back but not worth the postage. Probably go to Goodwill. It was not as described. It rattles my teeth and head, that's all! I can't use heat without buzzing button on, and it is put together like I bought it at a discount store in a foreign country. It is simply awful and not a massager at all in any way. I advise NO ONE to buy this.
