Comments about Honey Stinger Energy Bars, Rocket Chocolate, 15 bars:
I have one of these bars before morning runs of between 6-12 miles and it is all I need. I generally have a stomach that can't handle much solid food, especially fiber, before runs, and these bars were great. I ate them constantly during marathon training. The flavors are all good and I loved that they contained vitamins and minerals (and not just protein and carbs). I would also recommend them as a snack, although they are slightly heavier than your normal granola bar.
