I started this product on two different occasions because I ran out of the small trial supply I had initially. Both times I didn't notice much effect until the 4th or 5th day but after that noticed that it did suppress my appetite quite a bit. It also gave me more energy but may have contributed to sleep problems. I think it worked as well as I hoped it would and will continue to use it. VS Most Liked Negative Review This drug barely helped ... This drug barely helped me lose weight. The concentration of Hoodia in the drug is probably so small that it doesnt help at all. At least it didnt for me. I wouldve returned the bottle if I could. The only advantage is that its natural and probably isnt bad for you; however, it doesnt do anything for those of us with real cravings who are on the heavier side.
