The recommedned dosing should really be different.

If I take it as they suggest I get sick and vomit. The reason is, without a doubt, the Yohimbi and not just the Yohimbi but the synergistic effects on this herb from the formulation.

You should find that taking 1/2 a capsule two times daily will work just fine and not make you ill. Mix 1/2 a capsule with a fruit or vegetable juice (you will not taste it much if at all) and drink it over about 45 minutes. Get enough fluid with each half capsule. Do not take this on an empty stomach.

I take it with breakfast and dinner.

My prostate drains and this feels great. I still maintain an erection and have a normal ejaculation some minutes later. Nice experience but the formula is still a bit rough. This one definatly helps if you suffer from benign prostate enlargement as I do. It helps keep the swelling down.

When taken as directed ...by Enzymatic (they fail on this one) many MANY people get ill and vomit and/or break out in cold sweats and in both instances they are very edgy.

I'm telling you all these things from experience over months and from reading all the reviews as you already have.

It did work, but it kept me awake until early morning. Don't try this if you are not a good sleeper!

Proved physically helpful on the first day, which in turn helped significantly with psychological barriers (there was hope). Directions suggest two capsules per day, but we chose to stay at one a day as results are very satisfactory at this dosage. Not too overpowering. He's still in full control of timing, just the timing happens like it should, and like it used to when we were young. He is now 55, and we're at week three. So far we think this product is a godsend. Very reasonably priced, too.
