While it doesn't have the speed of use and lathering of traditional formulations, with a few more minutes of effort, it works well. The volumizing claim may be a bit of hype, though I did see a modest effect. Purchased it because the company has Innovator status with the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. Works well with Hugo shampoo, or with traditional shampoos.
