I'm DEFINITELY a skeptic when it comes to "quick fixes" unless it's an FDA-approved prescription but so far, so good! I've been battling the SAME 15 pounds for years and the only thing that worked for me so far was a couple of months on Phentermine.
I've been using this as directed since Sunday morning and it is now Tuesday. DEFINITELY provides an energy boost because I am always sleepy and tired, so I've noticed a significant difference in the way I feel. The ONLY thing with that is if I take the second dose later than 11:00 am, I'm wired and can't get to sleep without a "PM" medication.
Pros: Didn't read that it's supposed to, but It DEFINITELY suppresses the appetite -- like I have to FORCE myself to eat and it works for HOURS after the first dose. I only take the 2nd dose just for the sake of following the directions for the best possible results.
Cons: The only things are that you urinate A LOT (probably because of the caffeine) and the first day I did experience an "edgy feeling" -- not jitters, but strange and spacey.

I bought this when the tablets were out of stock at the store. It's true that there is a bitter taste at the bottom of the drink if it is not thoroughly mixed. The flavor overall is fine as long as it's mixed very well. I use one packet only twice per day. At work I drink a 32oz cup of water in the am and another one in the afternoon. I put one packet in each cupful and sip on it all day. It is more sustained for me all day. I do not get hungry while at work and it works long enough to help me feel energized at the gym after work. My eating is less curbed in the evening for dinner, but not as much as if I were taking the tablets three times per day. I think overall this product is not as cost effective as the tablets but I like having the "even-ness" of drinking it throughout the day rather than bursts of the stuff every few hours.

I love this drink mix. The only thing you have to be careful with is not to drink it late in the day. It gives you so much energy you may have problems sleeping at night... If you're ready for a good night out then I highly recommend you drinking this before you go.

I think these drinks are tasty and definitely help me stick to my diet plan. I just hate all the red food coloring. Is that necessary? It turns my whole mouth and lips read. I wish they could just leave the dye out all together. What's the point?

As a nutrition student, I am aware of the downside of quick fixes as well as to what extent they work. I have put on 25 pounds in college that I have found really hard to lose, probably because I am still withing a normal BMI range and cannot find the time to be as physically active as I was in high school. The reason I purchased this product was because I needed an appetite suppressant to help jump start my diet. I consider myself a serotonin junkie and therefore the process of getting my metabolism used to less carbs and glycemic index roller coasters is almost like a detoxification process. The taste was weird at first but I actually enjoy drinking this now. I do not follow the instructions and only drink it once a day about 3 days a week or less. At first I felt jittery like I had had too much coffee but slowly I'm getting more used to it. I does help suppress appetite and it does "give" you energy like some energy drink would, with less of a crash, and it lasts longer. I pretty much drink it instead of coffee when I have long days ahead of me with only a couple of hours of sleep and it seems to work. I did lose 4 pounds in a month by a calorie deficit program I came up with without any extra exercise. I still splurge on weekends (which I shouldnt but there are always some event where I just can't help it) and although it is less than 1/7 of my target weight, people have already started to notice. The problem is that I now have to drink this more often because as my body gets used to this product, I find it less effective. 21 pounds to go, I'll keep this updated:)

Open a standard 16.9 oz bottle of water, take a sip then empty one packet into the bottle, shake and consume it immediately 2 times daily.
