This product gave me no extra energy or decreased appetite. I took it for a week and did not see any results. It does have diuretic effects but I find expensive for the quality of the product. I have not tried any other Hydroxy Cut products and do not plan to.

First I wish to point out that there are no "MAGIC" pills to make you lose weight. All diet supplements are designed to aid you in losing weight but only in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise. You have to put in the effort on the other end.
I have taken several different supplements over the years and this is the best one I have tried that did not contain ephedra. I do not experience jitters and it does exactly what it claims to. It curbs your appetite and gives you energy. I take 2 in the morning after a light breakfast and it staves off hunger until lunch. I take another after my light lunch or about 30 minutes before a workout on gym days.
Make sure you eat at regular times when possible and drink plenty of water. YES! You need to eat. Not eating forces your body into survival mode and begins to store calories because it knows you will hold out later. Appetite suppressents are meant to be used BETWEEN mealtimes.
If you follow a low calorie diet, exercise 3x a week, drink water and take these supplements you will see quicker results than if you did not take them. For me I am motivated when i begin to see results so the faster the better. Diet and exercise are a healthy lifestyle. Supplements give you a kick start.

I was a previous Hydroxycut user, but the formula was taken off the market. After I read about some body builders that took this, I decided it give it a shot. After a few weeks, I started suffering severe abdominal issues. I expected some side effects, however these were too much to take. I ended up returning the bottle. I also didn't notice any "energy" boosting effects after the first day.
To assess individual tolerance, for the first two days, start with one (1) liqui-cap, taken with a glass of water two (2) times daily, approximately 30 minutes before your main meals. For days three and beyond, follow the guidelines below. Do not exceed two (2) liqui-caps in a 4-hour period and/or six (6) liqui-caps in a 24-hour period. Always read the entire label before use, and follow the directions provided.
To asses individual tolerance, follow these guidelines:
Day 1 and Day 2 - 1 Capsule 2x daily
Day 3 and Day 4 - 2 Capsules 2x daily
Day 5 and Beyond - 2 Capsules 3x daily
