Thought I would try this for mild arthritis pain since I have problems with side effects from ordinary pain killers and I found this product to be pretty ineffective and after only a few days, it seemed to increase some digestive disturbances. I would just as soon deal with my arthritis pain with topical ointments when necessary. It is not worth the price and may be worth nothing at all.

It is the only thing that works to reduce the constant pain and swelling in my arthritic, post-surgery knee. It is amazing. It takes a few days to accumulate in your system, but the relief is quite noticeable. I was without it for a week or so and the difference was dramatic. The knee swelled again and the pain kept me awake at night. Once I got the next order and started taking it again a couple times a day, I went back to feeling good again. I am a natural skeptic, but I am convinced that this is a valuable remedy!
