This one just helps turn off my brain so I can stop stressing and sleep. It also is okay to take if I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep. No groggy side effects in the morning and helps me fall into a deep sleep within 10 or 15 min. I love it! The first time I took 2 pills and also drank Sleepy Time valerian tea and I couldn't believe how tired I became in less than 30 minutes. Now I take one or two when I feel like I may have trouble falling asleep and they work like a charm. They don't keep me asleep ALL night, but for being a natural product with little or no side effects I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend.
