I tried taking 2 about 1 hr before bedtime. It does relax me and I can get to sleep, but it only lasts for about 4 hours. It's OK, but don't recommend.

This product was surprisingly effective at helping me fall asleep. The first time I took 2 pills and also drank Sleepy Time valerian tea and I couldn't believe how tired I became in less than 30 minutes. Now I take one or two when I feel like I may have trouble falling asleep and they work like a charm. They don't keep me asleep ALL night, but for being a natural product with little or no side effects I am extremely happy and would definitely recommend.

I use Calms Forte whenever I'm expecting to have a stressful day. This stuff is AMAZING!

i have been prescribed medications for years due to my chronic stress and insomnia, which have led to excessive weight gain and other health issues. so i decided to wean myself off those meds and try a more natural approach. i tried other products and this is the one (i also use melatonin 5-10 mgs with this) that REALLY works! my 2 best friends are also using this when they need......

I first started using this product over a year ago. Since being a teenager, I've always had trouble with insomnia. I am a definite night-owl and have to be completely exhausted to sleep through the whole night. My nurse practitioner recommended that I take Melatonin, but I wasn't too sure I liked the idea, then I found this. It worked for a while, but doesn't work so well anymore. The results don't last but for a few hours and then I'm wide awake again. I use it more for anxiety attacks and stress now rather than a sleep aid. I'm trying a melatonin product for the first time and I hope it works better than this.

I have so much trouble with sleep that I never imagined that this product would make a difference, but it has. I also struggle with ME/CFS, a neurological disease, which results in feeling jittery and jangled nerves. One Calms Forte has replace one Ativan for me. I'm so grateful for this product!
