I don't use this every night but when I do I notice I wake up feeling rested, this is a big change as I used to wake up (from the alarm clock) and just wanted to keep hitting the snooze. This product has a very mild effect for me as it helps me sleep more soundly but doesn't leave me with that groggy feeling in the morning.

I have noticed it seems most effective the second day I take it. For me I think it was because I needed a couple of nights to get 'caught up' on my sleep.

I am a night shift nurse and I began using CF after trying almost everything else. I hated the groggy feeling Benadryl-type medications left me with and I didn't want to take so much Ambien (didn't work anyway and much more expensive). So, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying CF. Thank goodness I did!!! I will never be without my Calms again. I mostly use it for sleep but on one or two occasions also used it for anxiety and it worked for that also. I wholeheartedly recommend this product!

If you are willing to try it for 2-4 days before you REALLY get a good nights sleep it is worth it. As I usually wake up 4+ times a night and this helped keep me asleep and make it easier to fall back asleep when I did wake up

Calming. Not only to go to bed - but to prepare for a situation that will cause you stress or anxiety. Sleep is wonderful and you wake up like a champ. BEFORE your alarm clock. Wonderful natural stuff.

I didn't realize until I used two tablets that this product IS NOT considered gluten free by Hyland's own website FAQs: "Does Calms Forté contain any gluten? Yes. Calms Forté contains Oatseed from the medicine Avena sativa (oat plant)." I am not Celiac, but highly allergic to wheat and I avoid oats and corn because it can cause a gluten reaction for those of us with autoimmune disease. I usually check products ahead of time, but didn't think a homeopathic product would be a problem. My bad.

This is great for helping me go to sleep and it helps me get through that 3am mind-racing that occurs after my sleep cycle has been interrupted by kids!

I have been struggling with insomnia for a few months, partly due to severe anxiety/panic attacks I was encountering at night. I just couldn't relax much less did I want to use a prescription drug, in fear of nasty side effects. So upon my first night of use of calms forte, I slept a full 8 hours. I can't tell you how relieved I feel now, I am up during the day with no grogginess to speak of and I feel refreshed when I rise in the morning. The late night anxiety I had been encountering before has diminished. I highly recommend trying calms out, it's a great option for those struggling with late stressful nights.

When I'm in the no-sleep loop that I sometimes get, I take one tablet about 1/2 hour before going to bed and it works wonderfully well.

I have been using this product for over a year now. I find that it helps me get to sleep sooner and get a much better night's sleep. If I do wake up during the night, this product has relaxed me so I can fall back asleep instead of lying awake with my thoughts. Very helpful product.
