I'm a light sleeper and it's sometimes hard for me to sleep if my husband is snoring or the cats are dashing around or the neighbors are coming and going. I put in soft foam earplugs, turn on a white noise machine or a fan, pop 3 Calms tablets, take 3 squirts of Bach's Rescue Remedy on the tongue, and that usually does it for me. VS Most Liked Negative Review didn't work for me Product did not work for me at all. Felt no difference. Combined with Rescue Remedy but still did nothing. Product did not work for me at all. Then I give him an other one in the evening before bed time to calm his nerves, together with Highlands Calms Forte for Kids. That helps him get to sleep at night.... I have suffered from insomnia for about 8 years, and also the side effects of taking prescription medications for it. About 8 months ago I tried these AND I have decreased my ambien by taking 3 before bed every night. They turn off the chatter in my brain and I drift off to sleep. If we notice a nerviousness developing we just take a couple. They always work. This year we started giving them to our dog. She is high strung and they work on her too.
