I have used this for several years and recommended it to many people. Most have good results; two said it didn't help. What's great is it does no harm. I use it several times a week if I wake and can't go back to sleep in the wee hours. I use it about 1/2 hour before bed, so that I can relax and be able to fall asleep I have been at home all summer, because of ankle surgery. I have not been very active. This helps me be calm!

I love this product. I have frequent insomnia with occasional anxiety/stress this product works as long as you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. It has no side effects and no interaction with other medication.

I have used Calms for over 10 years now. I am extremely sensitive and these never upset me or have any side effects. I can put the tablet in my mouth and let it dissolve slowly or just chew it up. I make sure I'm never without my calms. EXCELLENT for pre and menopausal sleep issues.

I give Calms to my hiperactive son in the mornings before he goes to school and it seems to help him concentrate. Then I give him an other one in the evening before bed time to calm his nerves, together with Highlands Calms Forte for Kids. That helps him get to sleep at night....

I am a chronic insomniac. I've had the 'get-up and forget-it' side effect with several prescription sleeping drugs.

My favorite sleep aid is xanax; however, I have to be extremely careful not to become an addict. My solution is to add other (more natural) products to the xanax, so I never exceed 1 mg daily.

For me, the Hyland's 'Insomnia' fits the bill.
