I'm a light sleeper and it's sometimes hard for me to sleep if my husband is snoring or the cats are dashing around or the neighbors are coming and going. I put in soft foam earplugs, turn on a white noise machine or a fan, pop 3 Calms tablets, take 3 squirts of Bach's Rescue Remedy on the tongue, and that usually does it for me. VS Most Liked Negative Review didn't work for me Product did not work for me at all. Felt no difference. Combined with Rescue Remedy but still did nothing. Product did not work for me at all. Most have good results; two said it didn't help. What's great is it does no harm. I use it several times a week if I wake and can't go back to sleep in the wee hours. I am extremely sensitive and these never upset me or have any side effects. I can put the tablet in my mouth and let it dissolve slowly or just chew it up. I make sure I'm never without my calms.
