I use Hyland's products on an everyday basis and this product looked like a life-saver for us this summer. It wasn't until I opened up the package that I realized that the formula is in a PETROLATUM base. I am shocked that Hyland's would do this. I'm switching to the Burt's Bees.

My son gets huge welts when he gets bit by mosquitos and they itch big time! I just rub a little of this on and he has no more itching! By the next day swelling has almost gone completely. I love the Hylands products!

I've tried everything because once I get a bug bite I scratch until I bleed. This one is very effective but subtly so. You don't get any imediate strong sensation after you apply it- you just reallize after a while that you forgot about scratching.

Very diappointing, I got this home and discoved it had parabens. Why would I work so hard to keep parabens away from my child and then use this "homeopathic" remedy for his bites? There are so many real true natural products out there for soothing insect bites. Burt's Bees has one. I will stick with them.

I am allergic to mosquitos, so the bites I get are extremely itchy and long-lasting. I had been using the highest OTC cortisone cream w/only moderate success. This works better, and it's great not to be using the cortisone. Just give it a minute after application to work. And the stick application is great.

Not only does it stop my toddler from tearing up his mosquito bitten legs in the short-term, but it also helps the bites disappear faster. If I don't treat some of his bites, they linger much longer than those I've managed to catch early on with the Hylands. Great stuff!

I like this product!!! Ever since I let my 2 yeear old girl try it on her bug bite skin--no more itching!!! This is the first product that can stop my girl from sratching it. But you need to reapply after every few hour.

It really works, but takes a few minutes to kick in. I give it four stars for delayed reaction, but so far it has worked really well on mosquito and ant bites. The swelling and red marks are gone the next day. I will continue to use it, because it is not messy, small to pack, and even my 5 year old uses it with ease. And hopefully it is less toxic, too!
