I love Hyland's products, but I can't recommend this for PMS symptoms or cramps. I suffer from severe cramps, bloating, and other typical symptoms and have better results from taking chinese herb formulas or cramp bark doses. The Hyland's PMS pills are among the worst-tasting I have ever tried and I have tried a lot! Also, they take a long, long time to take effect following the dosage and the result is minimal.
Money is money and I think there are better options for your buck. However, if you are sick or have other conditions, Hylands makes other excellent products. This one is just so-so and it may work better for teens or women with mild symptoms. For serious symptoms look elsewhere for relief.

I use this every month, works great and is soo much cheaper than the main brand I use to use. I fell in love with the Hyland brand with their kids teething tablets. and it is now my favorite brand of pain reliever.

This stuff is great! I suffer from pretty bad PMS and this has done wonders for my irritability and also pain. I think if youre interested you should give this a try!

It is really difficult to find this product in the local stores here in Nevada. I was lucky enough to find it in a organic supermarket. I had to order it because they usually don't have it in stock. I am very elated to get this. Hyland PMS Tablets works wonders.

I was skeptical, but was willing to try just about anything for my painful cramps. This products helps reduce the pain on its own, but combined with Ibuprofen, it significantly reduces it. It also does help with moodiness and irritability. I always buy multiple bottles of this when I visit drugstore.com so I'm never out of it, and also to give to friends.

The first day I tried Hyland's PMS formula I wasn't sure whether or not it was working. I felt fine, but I thought I was just having a good day. Then the next day I forgot to take it, and I noticed that I was so much crankier. This product really works! I can actually feel normal during my period!

I get very bad PMS symptoms and this works wonders if you start taking them immediately when your cramps start. My symptoms include severe pain in my lower right side (ovary area) and this really stops that in a short while. It works for all my PMS symptoms. Be sure to follow the directions, because this is homeopathic medicine.
