I have fibromyalgia and have chronic pain in my feet and legs. This topical treatment is a quick relief while I am waiting for my pain meds to kick in.

I didn't find it exceptionally greasy. It smells like Ben Gay without the sting which means I can use it and rest in bed without the lingering scent. It's expensive for the price and equal to the Burt's Bees leg cream which has the same effectiveness.
