What do you know? 2 nights in a row after I got it I got my cramps back. I was happy to have the ointment next to my bed. It was easy to rub on, worked fast. I am glad I bought 2 so I can give one tube to my elderly parents. I prefer ointment over pills because it is topical.  Pros
