My wife suffers from leg cramps whenever she sleeps. The pills help (not prevent or cure) and gives her some relief. In addition, I contacted Hylands Labs. They said that while they can no longer advertise the use of quinine in the pills, they still include it. It is the quinine which gives the relief.

Hyland used to offer the exact same product name with different ingredients. If this pill no longer works for you this may be the reason. The former ingredient seems to be quite dangerous though(quinine). It was banned by the FDA as a medicine but allowed as an herbal remedy. I believe it is no longer available as an herbal remedy either now. It is for the best, but I want my quinine back. I have tried the newer leg cramp pills but they just don't work for me.

As it says on box, 2 at bedtime, then put out one to take during the night only if neeeded.

I don't know how or why this product works but I am thankful that it does and really, really well. Fast and simple. I have it with me all the time for occasional leg cramps.

I take the recommended dose 1 to 2 hours before bedtime.

i have fibromyalgia and constant foot cramps, almost nightly charlie horses, and restless leg syndrome. i discovered this when i was out of town and had forgotten some of my regular supplements at home. travel always triggers a greater incidence of these problems for me, but this worked the very first night, taken as directed! i have used it nightly ever since that week, and sleep so much better, and rarely experience charlie horses any more.

I have been using this product for about a year now and it really works to help reduce the horrible leg cramps that I get. I use to get them much more often. This product has reduced the nights I get cramps significantly. Highly recommend it!
