I use these tablets daily and they really work. They melt on your tongue and therefore are easy to take. The tablets sometimes break into a little bit of powder if agitated too much. I just take the powder as well. They have a good taste as well.

My local pharmacist advised me to try these for my severe nighttime leg cramps. They helped me the first night and I have not have any leg cramps since I have been taking them. I only use 2 per night and it solves the problem. I was up many times a night with the bad leg cramping and I am amazed how good this product works. My only concern is any side effects to long term use since this contains quinine. To me this really is a miracle cure. I have not slept so well in a long time.

The FDA has removed the purchase of Quinine even with a doctor's script. Besides tonic water, this is the only other item I was able to find containing quinine. Suffering from Liver failure severe leg cramps are part of the disease. These do help tremendously. Note: Per doctors orders, drink tonic water or take leg cramp pills but do not take both in same day. You can actually suffer the effects of having too much quinine in your system.
If you are limited to your fluid intake, these are the way to go.

I have actively, done and tried everything imaginable (and I mean everything) over the last 25 years (I'm 36 now) to get my chronic, severe neck, back, shoulder, and nerve pain to a tolerable level. It only takes away my pain. It has worked for me, like MAGIC. It says it's for leg cramps (I don't have those) but it works for ALL of my muscles. First time I used it, I felt no relief (which is what I was expecting). A friend recommended that I drink a bottle of tonic water (which contains Quinine) after golfing to eiminate leg cramps during the night. I did that and it worked the first time I tried it. However, I didn't like the taste and so decided to try the product "Leg Cramps" where I only had to swallow a pill which was so much easier. I was very disappointed that it did not work at all. I am back to drinking the tonic water.

I have always had the worst charley horse leg cramps all my life. I have had them to pull in my toes, my thighs and especially my calves. Once you put them under your tongue and let them dissolve, immediately the pain goes away, it is just that good a product. I have tried numerous other products but none worked as quick and effective as this one.

After trying: vinegar skin rubs, extra calcium in diet, muscle massages, other topical creams, etc. I found only this product works! A few times a month (cyclical with menses??) I get Restless Leg Syndrome, appearing about .5hrs after retiring. I will arise and pop 2-3 tabs under tongue for immediate relief. No other txts have worked!
