My 6 year old daughter is going through a growth spurt - she's grown an inch in the last few months! Often, especially in the evenings, she complain of pains in her legs, which her pediatrician says is very normal and that the pains are just the traditional 'growing pains'. A few of these little homeopathic tablets help her immensely and she can sleep. Can't recommend highly enough. Safe and mild, but effective.
