I like this product because it has all the following remedies (if one remedy doesn't work, another probably will, plus they will work together for relief) AND it lists the potencies, something that's missing on the ingredient lists of many homeopathic products!...
Active Ingredients: Arnica Montana (Montana Flower) 2X (bruising, stiffness, pain, trauma), Bellis Perennis (Daisy) Flower 3X HPUS (muscular soreness, fatigue, sprains), Hypericum Perforatum 3X (weakness in limbs, joint pain), Ledum Palustre 3X HPUS (swelling, aches & pains, inflammation), Ruta Graveolens 6X (pain in limbs, joints and bones)

The only questionable ingredient is Potassium Sorbate. Scores a 3 (10 being the worst) on the Skin Deep Database. Not bad, but not the best. I wish they would use Witch Hazel instead. Then I think it would be "tops!"

This product is amazing. I bought this product in a Health Food Store and I recommended to friends and people that like sports activities. I like to run 4 days a week and this product help me a lot.

My husband has very troublesome joint pain in his knees and can't receive injections. I saw arnica gel mentioned on Dr. Oz, and decided to try it. It was shocking how quickly after application he felt relief. He states that 70% of the pain was relieved. The pain does return in a few hours, and it can be applied 3x per day. What a simple and effective way to relieve joint pain. We will always have this product in our home.
