If you think about homeopathic principles, it makes sense that the tablets would taste like rotten eggs. The labels say to let 2-3 tablets dissolve under your tongue, but instead I have just swallowed them down with water, and it's still effective. For me, these work best when I have over-indulged in fruit or sweets -- my body reacts badly to sugars, but these tablets reduce the problem by 80%, especially if I take them right away. After reading the reviews, I decided to go to the store and give it a try. I took 2 tablets and it worked in less than 15 minutes. Since it worked so fast, I decided to give 1 pill to my 15 month old son who had been crying for 2 hours. I guessed he had gas because he could not walk. 2 minutes after I gave it to him he passed gas and had a big smile on his face. He was back to normal. Pros

My digestive system reacts to food often, and I feel reassured using a safe product like this. The taste is not great, but it is not an issue for me. The outcome far outweighs the taste issue.
