I'm not sure these are really effective at reducing anxiety. I purchased them as a potential anti-anxiety and to help with sleeping along with Hyland's Calms Forte Sleep Aid. The Sleep Aid works great! These pills... I'm not so sure. But they are inexpensive and worth a try if you are having similar issues.

I would receommend just going to the store and buying the caplets, instead of having to take 6 of those tiny pills. Definately NOT what I expected or wanted.

I took this phosphate combination to see if it would help me stay asleep, and perhaps relax my back to reduce pain. It did. It also clears my mind, or restores ability to concentrate, while promoting a positive attitude. I do use mineral and vitamin supplements, but I notice that none include organic phosphates. Apparently I needed them! since the improvement with regular use has been consistent over a month. No remedy works for everyone, in my experience, but I strongly suggest that you try this one. It's the easist to take--dissolves before you can get them under your tongue, and I find the faint taste is quite pleasant. Good luck!

For me I have to have something in the afternoon and before bed time has helped the short time I had them. I try only taking them when necessary.

The nerve tonic helps take the edge off, if also alleviates fatigue due to stress. I have been using it for many years. It is beneficial to take the nerve tonic so that you have enough of the cell salts, to keep you feeling better. The nice thing about the Nerve Tonic is that it relieves anxiety without causing drowsiness. The effects of the Nerve Tonic lasts about three hours.

I will now be a regular user! My husband died a few years ago and we have four children. I started getting anxiety attacks (which make you feel like you're going to die) and the doctor put me on anti-anxiety meds along with a stand by to take when the attack actually occurs. I found these and heven't had to use either script since. If I feel somewhat anxious before bed, I take one pill and I'm sleeping before you know it, and sleeping through the night! My teen also takes them when she feels anxious. Neither of us feel any side effects and it helps us sleep without feeling like we're going to die in the night. No fear of dependency, either. I take one and typically don't need to take another for a couple of weeks at least.

I have used these successfully for many years; I even give them to my two dogs who are terrified of thunder storms and fireworks. Works like a charm every time with no ill after effects.

I purchased Hyland's Nerve Tonic because I wanted something to help ease nervousness and anxiety without taking a prescription drug. But this product was a waste of money. I took the recommended dose, but still didn't get any results.
