Since the product I use to use no longer contains quinine, I needed something to help my restless legs. I googled the term and found drugstore.com and this product. It works better than what I use to use and costs less which is just great. I didn't know if this would help me but it has and I am so thankful for a good night's sleep after taking 2 tablets of Hyland's Leg Cramps with Quinine Natural Relief. Can't praise it enough, and if you have either problem, restless legs or cramps, this product will help you get a good night's sleep. It worked for me.

I have been looking for a quinine product as I can't drink enough tonic water! I was really hoping this product would alleviate my leg cramping at night, but it does not appear to help at all. Following the directions, I still seem to get leg cramps as before. So do I need to increase the dosage? Who knows.

I don't know if these work or not. I keep them around because when leg cramps occur, I'm ready to try anything to make them go away. I take four instead of two and even then, they may not work.
