I take these in the AM to start the day. They seem to help somewhat, but if I have to go through a large store to search for something, I have cramps from my toes to my knees and have to stretch my legs before I can go on. I take 3 to 4 of them to start with and more later as needed. They aren't the best solution, but I can use them till something better comes along.

I keep this product on hand and take it with me on all overnight (and longer) trips. If I don't stay sufficiently hydrated, I get severe leg and foot cramps at night; otherwise, I'm okay. If you suffer at all from leg and foot cramps, this is a must-have product to keep on hand.

I take Mirapex for tardive dyskinesia. The TD was caused by the use of Reglan, which I took for approximately 4 months to treat gastroparesis. The side effects of the Reglan were intolerable, which forced me to discontinue it. Unfortunately, the side effects are permanent and I have been suffering from them for about 5 years now. I started taking Mirapex about a month after going off the Reglan. There have been a few times when I have unexpectedly run out of the Mirapex. I discovered the Hyland Restful Legs quite by accident. The bottom line is that it works. It's fast and effective. I don't have the RLS/TD symptoms that appear without the Mirapex. I don't have the sleep deprivation. It's amazing that something like this could be so effective. The tablets dissolve quickly and do not leave a bitter taste in the mouth. The price is reasonable and it's easy to find. I'm glad I found it and I now keep several bottles for backup should I run low or run out of the Mirapex. The only drawback is that sometimes it might only last a few hours before another dose is needed. However, because it works so well, I can live with that.

I have found that the Hyland Leg Cramps that is taken with water works better for me that this type that is dissolved on the tongue.

SInce I started using it, I had some close calls, but NO CRAMPS! Seems it is working, so will continue to use it twice daily. I'm glad someone recommended it to me, as nothing else I tried before worked.

This product amazes me! Two or three little white pills dissolved in the mouth, and the cramps disappear! Both my husband and son use these for restless legs. I use them when I've been wearing uncomfortable shoes and my feet start to cramp. They work in just a few minutes, and they work better than anything else (even prescription drugs for restless leg ...bad side effects with these drugs!). I keep them on hand all the time. I keep one bottle in the medicine cabinet, one in the car, one in the truck and one in my purse. I'd hate to be without them.

The regular Hyland leg cramps tablets was wonderful. I take one or two before bed for a rest not interrupted by painful cramps. I also drink LOTS of tonic water. The other two Hyland products do not work for me. The ointment may actually make the cramps worse; the PM medicine works but gives me wild dreams.

I take these tablets daily in the AM then again only if I have a problem from walking too much.

I have a tendancy to have "charley horses" during the night in my calf and/or ankles. This product has proven to help.
