Good product, though a little pricey. They should offer a package deal with two gel packs and one wrap, for those of us who need to keep icing continuously, as the gel pack loses its chill and it takes a good hour to get it cold enough again. I love the wrap -- easy to use and effective.

Having tried a variety of ice packs, I've found this one to be the best. Materials are a high quality and seem to hold up well, including the velcro (which isn't attached to separate strips but to the pack itself, allowing for a more secure seal). The ice pack covers almost the full front and back of my knee (while others only covered the front).
I've found it worth the extra cost. Having had minor knee surgery recently, I use this pack after exercising and am finding it very helpful in reducing inflammation.
Reminds me of the quality of the ice packs at the Physical Therapist's office.

I wrap it around my knee at night. I've been on crutches for 8 weeks due to a sprained ankle. My right knee is bearing all the weight and doing all the work, so I ice it at night. After the ice pack is in the freezer all day, the ice stays cold for nearly 6 hours at night.

Works as its suppose to do... take about 2-3 hrs in ref and works for about 30 mins.. material quality looks fine. But only time will tell... I am using it for cooling down after long runs...

I needed an icepak because it was recommended to use after bunion surgery. I looked through what drugstore.com had to offer and was pleased I did't have to go running from store to store to find what I needed. The specs I found online for this product and the pictures made it easy for me to make my decision. I'm am thrilled with this product, I bought two, and was happy that I did.

I use this product every day. I have tendonitis in both achilles tendons and after physical therapy or just after exercising, this helps with the swelling and pain.

I bought this product over 3 months ago and it is absolutely the best cold therapy product ever. I've been buying cold therapy products for over 12 years to use on a chronic knee problem. None of them has a wrap or a cold pack as well made or that delivers sufficient cold to last long enough.
