While there may be no real proof, I feel that it is worth a try. "Better to have taken it and not need it, than to need it and not have taken it!"

I have Rosacea which effects my eyes, for one thing they tend to be very dry and sometimes itchy. I am aware that antibiotics are available but I would prefer not to use them. An optician recommend ICaps to see if it was helpful and it is. He did mention the two supplements Lutean and Zeaxanthin must be present for this supplement to be helpful in the event your looking at other brand name products. It was a nice surprise that it didn't upset my stomach either.
