These patches are great for knee pain but I do need to use tape on a couple of the edges to help hold them on. I also wear hose when I use them and that helps keep them where they are supposed to be.

These are great to put on and not worry about. You're not having to hold anything. They stick right on and you can keep going!

I used these patches on my back and sore leg muscles, and they worked great. They did not feel warm, but the cooling worked very well and the patch stayed on well also.

I didn't like the packaging; they should be packaged individually for easier use and freshness, and for transporting. I also felt little medicinal relief from them, and they rolled and wadded up under my clothing.
I will not purchase them again, and will go back to another brand I really liked - the Ben Gay patches.

After suffering the effects of two bulging disks, I used these during a period of activity that normally made the pain worse, but felt no discomfort. Although no heat was felt, the coolness and smell was pleasant and refreshing.

I pulled a small muscle in my lower back. These did help some. I've ordered more to have on hand if it happens again, and to try using for when my shoulders get tight and sore. I tried sticking one to the back of my neck, but it didn't want to stick there - probably doesn't stick to hair. I rather like the pepsin smell of Icy Hot.

My husband and I use these all the time. I wouldn't say they work miracles, but we found them quite effective in soothing our aches and pains due to overworking.

Though it did smell fresh and relax me, it did next to nothing for my severe lover back pains, and, unlike the claims of the title, it felt cool but never turned warm. Though messy, I very much prefer the cream.
