I use this rollon on all of my everyday aches - knees, neck, back. I love the fact that I don't have to apply it with my hands like most pain-relieving rubs. Another big plus with the Icy Hot rollon is that there is not a strong smell like the rubs. I can roll it on before work and not worry that others will notice the smell.

I use this daily on my knees. The only downside is the strong smell. I don't mind it much, but it is definitely noticeable to everyone you may encounter.
The No Mess applicator is great. When I used the cream I felt like I was wasting a lot of the product on my hands or a paper towel when rubbing it in.
